As every year, in the upcoming summer semester, you can apply for the Preparation for the CDRC Mediation and Negotiation Competition (HV3907) seminar, aimed at developing skills in legal and commercial negotiation and mediation. The subject is designed as preparation for the prestigious international competition in negotiation and mediation (CDRC), held annually in Vienna.

Under the guidance of experienced lecturers, you will analyze an international business dispute, prepare a negotiation strategy and learn negotiation and mediation techniques. All this will prepare you not only for this prestigious international competition, but also for a number of other similar competitions and for future practice in legal professions. In addition, the subject is taught in English, so you can look forward to expanding your active vocabulary.

The subject is taught in cooperation with the Center for Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution.
